Whose Room?

A music stand
A baseball bat
A ball and cricket wicket.
Dinosaurs strewn all over the floor
Try stepping through the thicket.

Lego mounds are very unique
And planes are very busy.
Some books are needed by the bed
They make your hair go frizzy!

Little caps left hither and thither
A sports bag filled to the brim,
A plastic bag with towel and togs
Ready for the swim.

A chest of drawers
With one left open,
A window bound up with string.
A bed unmade, some toys astray
Who worries about a thing?

With trophies placed in prominent positions
And medals everywhere too,
Treasured possessions take pride of place,
And these are not a few

The 10-year old
Is away at school,
The uniforms pressed and ready,
Whose room did we just talk about?
I think you know already.
